Alba Lemus is a compassionate and dedicated member of Dr. Hustak’s healthcare team, serving as your Patient Care Coordinator Assistant. With a strong commitment to ensuring your well-being, Alba tirelessly works behind the scenes to make your surgical journey as seamless and stress-free as possible. She assists Dr. Hustak in consultations and patient clearances.
Medical Clearance Instructions:
- Timing: Ensure all necessary medical clearances are faxed at least two weeks before the scheduled surgery date for review.
- Fax: Please fax any required medical clearance documents based on your current medical conditions to 713-722-8998.
Alba will call you the day before your surgery to review your pre-surgery instructions, address any last-minute questions, and confirm your arrival time for the surgery.
About Leslie Medrano
Marketing Coordinator
As Dr. Hustak's Marketing Coordinator, Leslie documents patients' surgical journeys, with their consent, capturing their stories and transformations.She also provide patients with their before and after photos for personal reference. Additionally, she ensures all digital content and records for Dr. Hustak are up to date and meticulously maintained. She serve as the point of contact for all vendors, managing these relationships with professionalism and care.
