Sensitivity Following Labiaplasty

Patients that undergo labiaplasty will need to avoid sex and strenuous exercise for 4 – 6 weeks.
Labiaplasty Recovery
Patients should expect some discomfort, inflammation and swelling following surgery. Cold compresses over clothing and pain medications can help alleviate pain. Some discharge and spotting may occur during your 4-6 week recovery time and should be reported to your surgeon. The most important part of your recovery will be to attend all follow-up appointments and to discuss any concerns you may have with your surgeon during this time.
